While the costumes have been hung up and the clocks have fallen back, Halloween is still ALIVE at That’s Weird, Grandma!
This week we have added one more SPOOKY story to our line up. “The Monsterous” by Daisy R, Angel G, Itzel O, Abram L, Jonathan T, Yanelly S and Aaron A from Lorca Elementary is about a terrible villain with an unusual craving….
If you are so OVER Halloween and ready to move towards the more sentimental holidays that are in our near future, boy have we got a tear jerker for you. We have also added “My Dreams of My Dad Visiting Me” by Rachel D. From Graham Elementary. This story is a beautiful look at a young girl missing her dad. Make sure to grab some tissues for this one!
Whether you want to indulge in a little more Halloween or throw your spiderwebs out with the candy wrappers, we have a great show for you this Monday night.
Speaking of upcoming Holidays, want to give back to communities that need it AND get a $2 discount at the show? For the month of November, we are partnering with Ravenswood Community Services to help give give back to our community. Bring any two items from the list below to a performance of That’s Weird, Grandma on November 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, or 30th and receive $10 tickets!
