1968 The Dance Off
Disco Girl Laurne Bates at the
Disco Awards with her other famous
Disco Girl Kristen Well. So as they
about to go disco to disco
dance for the Disco Awards. The crowd
going wild as it begans. Popcorn,
pop, hot dogs, chips. We also have
a great 3 prizes for the winner.
1968 Backstage
As Laurne says good luck to
Kristen, Kristen says, well, bad
luck to you. Laurne stays calm
in her voice.
1968 On the dance floor
On the dance floor as Laurne
Bates hits the funky junky groove.
Then Kristen tries to do the
play jay but she fell and that broke
half of her points.
1968 As she take it all
As Laurne leaves off the stage
so they can talk with Kristen.
When they are done they bring
Laurne on the stage to have her
talk. Then when they are done
they bring both on the stage.
They say the winner is Laurne!
She take it all!
1968 The winner’s prize
Laurne got 10,000 dollars and a big
trophy and the back funky boys
to dance and sing for her.
She took a picture with the big
trophy too. She was getting older
as she told the story and showed
pictures. She had never forgotten
that moment she had even remembered
that unthankful Kristen.
