That's Weird, Grandma

Once upon a time there was a woman who put checkmarks on her favorite things.  She lived on a hill that was painted like a checkmark.  She uses white out to make checkmarks on her favorite clothes.  She has food and drinks with checkmark stickers on it.  She has a couch, refrigerator, carpet, clock, door, pillowcases, and quilt with a checkmark on it.  One day she bought a cat she made a checkmark clothes for her cat.  Then, she saw an unusual thing in her refrigerator, it was a plum that had an “X” on it.  She tried and tried to wash the “X” off of the plum but it would not wash off.  She wanted to throw it away, but she didn’t want to waste money.  So one day she went to “X” town.  She found a perfect “X” store and sold it to the store person for $55.  She was so happy she didn’t know that there were “X’s” on the dollars.  She went back to her house and found out.  So she traded it for regular money but no one wanted to trade.  So she took a small paint brush and erased the “X’s” and turned it to a checkmark.
