School Shows

  So here’s the Biebs making a fool of himself.  See?  Everybody does it.  That’s why we can try to make ourselves feel better with their pictures in magazines.  “Well,” we say, “If that person is awesome, and Biebs certainly is, and he does that weird thing, then I guess I’m all right too.”  I’m not sure if it works for anybody in a real, meaningful, or helpful way, but as usual, with the Monkeys, everything is better.  So here we go.  Little Village Show Rehearsals, January 2011.  “Monkey Stars, They’re Just Like Us….”

    They eat yogurt and tinfoil while laughing!

    They smirk while drinking from tiny cups!

      They stick themselves to the wall and hang there making big eyes!

      They remain calm while being carried!  That’s like us!

    They direct plays at 11:06!

      And finally, sometimes the world reminds us that everybody wishes they were in Barrel of Monkeys.  Gave my Starbucks cup a quick read during rehearsal.  Yep.  Go share those gifts Bomerica.  So long for now.
