Ok sports fans, in just a few short hours we shall unleash the masterpiece that is the Trumbull show onto Andersonville! Nay, the entire Chicagoland/Northern Indiana area!! Nay, the world! And that’s no TrumBULL! Hahaha!
Tonight’s rehearsal and run-thru went without a hitch. Luke led us through a yoga warm-up to get us into shape, and Sam brought bite-sized brownies to promptly reverse the effects of that. Then we did every single song and story in the show!

Well, would you? Think about it when you consider the slander I have just been subjected to.
Ladies and gentlemen, the past two days have been a whirlwind. We have been putting together a fantastic show of epic proportions, each story more hilarious and creative than the next.

Gentle Readers,
I write to inform you of some nefarious business.
I have it on good authority that our long lost monkey and my current co-blogger, Lucas K Peterson, is, in fact, not Lucas K Peterson at all but a charming and deadly robot!!!
Consider this picture of Mr. Peterson.

A normal, pleasant looking Monkey.
Now look at this picture of Mr. Peterson snapped just moments later in the lobby of Loyola Park when Mr. Peterson clearly thought he was alone and unobserved!!!

See!!! He’s a robot people!!! Now, was the original Mr. Peterson a robot? Or was he kidnapped in L.A. and replaced with this over-grown toaster? We may never know. Draw your own conclusion, Gentle Readers. Fortunately, the robot version of Mr.Peterson is very nice.
Oh yeah. Also, we’re doing a show.
Including an amazing argument by a 4th grader named Nicolas R. about why legos should be free. Here’s a shot of the cast rehearsing the climb up Lego Mountain.

Stay tuned and I’ll keep you all updated on the show—and any robot hijinks that may ensue at tonight’s rehearsal!

Dear Readers,
Forgive the irregularity and slight awkwardness of this situation—two bloggers for one show? A tag-team effort on this, the first show of this most glorious year; indeed, this glorious decade!? Did you know what I just did there is called an “interrobang?” Did you!?
Lest you think that I am merely encroaching on Miller’s turf—allow me to explain. Miller and I both agreed to blog for the Trumbull show. The powers that be, however, decided to give Miller a head start, shall we say. Having learned English when he came to this country at the age of 23, Miller is at a decided disadvantage when it comes to the challenging task of blogging. While his skills are admirable and his Icelandic accent barely detectable at this point, I graciously agreed to give him a two-entry handicap. But now—but now, Miller. The gloves come off. Onto the show!
